  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 unit Egg white large

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg white and water until frothy.
  3. Add the pecans to the bowl and stir to coat them in the egg white mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Pour the sugar mixture over the pecans and stir until they are evenly coated.
  6. Spread the pecans out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until the pecans are crisp and golden.
  8. Allow the pecans to cool completely before serving or storing.
