- 1 lb beef steak, cut into strips
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- Oil for frying
Mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
In another bowl, beat eggs and milk together.
Dip steak strips in egg mixture, then coat with flour mixture.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry steak strips until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve.
