1. In a food processor, combine black beans, corn, breadcrumbs, egg, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well mixed but still slightly chunky.
2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and heated through.
