Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Corn frozen or canned
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine black beans, corn, breadcrumbs, egg, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well mixed but still slightly chunky.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and heated through.
  4. 4. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
