- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup Chopped Parsley fresh
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add shrimp, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
