Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup water as needed

Filling

  • 2 cups potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 1 cup peas boiled
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix flour, salt, and oil in a bowl. Add water gradually to form a dough. Set aside for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, mashed potatoes, peas, and spices. Cook for 5 minutes. Let it cool.
  3. 3. Divide dough into balls. Roll each ball into a circle. Cut in half. Form a cone and fill with potato mixture.
  4. 4. Seal edges with water. Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry samosas until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
