Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flaked salmon, chopped dill, and cream cheese.
Roll out puff pastry sheet and cut into squares.
Place a spoonful of the salmon mixture in the center of each square.
Fold the squares into triangles and seal the edges with a fork.
Brush the tops with beaten egg.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
