  • 100 g Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dill fresh, chopped
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine the red salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, and dill.
  2. 2. Process until smooth and well combined.
  3. 3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Transfer the pate to a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
