- 4 Potatoes boiled and mashed
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- to taste Salt
- as needed Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, chopped onion, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
2. Shape the mixture into small patties.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
5. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
