Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Let cool and transfer to a jar. Store in the refrigerator.
