Mango Chutney Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup White vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Let cool and transfer to a jar. Store in the refrigerator.
