Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Carrots, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 20 pieces Spring Roll Wrappers
  • 2 cups Oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, carrots, onion, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. 2. Place about 1 tablespoon of the mixture on a spring roll wrapper. Fold and roll tightly, sealing the edge with water.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the lumpia in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice.
