- 1 lb Ground Sausage
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 large Egg
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground sausage, almond flour, shredded cheddar cheese, baking powder, and egg. Mix well.
Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
