Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Breast, minced
- 2 pieces Eggs
- ¼ cup Almond Flour
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine minced chicken, eggs, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Scoop a spoonful of the chicken mixture and place it in the frying pan. Flatten slightly with a spatula to form a fritter. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Cook the fritters for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
