  • 15 g Salt
  • 10 g Yeast
  • 600 ml Water lukewarm

Instructions 

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add lukewarm water and knead the dough until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  5. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the bread sounds hollow when tapped.
