Garlic Hummus
A simple and delicious garlic hummus recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup Tahini
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil plus extra for serving
- ½ teaspoon Cumin
- to taste Salt
- 2-3 tablespoon Water as needed
1. In a food processor, combine the tahini and lemon juice. Process for 1 minute.
2. Add the olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, and salt to the mixture. Process for another 30 seconds.
3. Add half of the chickpeas to the food processor and process for 1 minute. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl, then add the remaining chickpeas and process until thick and smooth.
4. With the food processor running, slowly add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water until the hummus is smooth and creamy.
5. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika, if desired.
