Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
  • 8 Phyllo dough sheets
  • ¼ cup Melted butter

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine feta cheese, ricotta cheese, beaten egg, and chopped dill.
  3. Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough and brush with melted butter. Place another sheet on top and brush with more butter. Repeat until you have 4 layers.
  4. Cut the layered phyllo dough into 4 strips. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture at one end of each strip and fold over into a triangle, continuing to fold until the end of the strip.
  5. Place the foldovers on a baking sheet and brush the tops with more melted butter.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
