- 4 English muffins split in half
- 1 cup Pizza sauce
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 cup Pepperoni slices optional
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the English muffin halves on a baking sheet.
Spread pizza sauce on each muffin half.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Add pepperoni slices and sprinkle with dried oregano.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
