Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup Hazelnuts toasted
  • ¼ cup Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Seeds toasted
  • 2 tablespoon Cumin Seeds toasted
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds toasted
  • 1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns toasted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Toast hazelnuts in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown. Let cool.
  2. 2. Toast sesame seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, and black peppercorns in the same skillet until fragrant. Let cool.
  3. 3. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until coarsely ground.
  4. 4. Add salt and mix well. Store in an airtight container.
