A simple and delicious recipe for pickled green beans with dill.

- 1 lb Green Beans trimmed
- 2 cups White Vinegar
- 2 cups Water
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 4 cloves Garlic peeled
- 4 sprigs Dill fresh
1. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
2. Pack green beans, garlic, and dill into canning jars.
3. Pour hot vinegar mixture over beans, leaving ½ inch headspace.
4. Seal jars and process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
5. Let jars cool and store in a cool, dark place for at least 2 weeks before eating.
