  • 1 lb Green Beans trimmed
  • 2 cups White Vinegar
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 4 cloves Garlic peeled
  • 4 sprigs Dill fresh

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Pack green beans, garlic, and dill into canning jars.
  3. 3. Pour hot vinegar mixture over beans, leaving ½ inch headspace.
  4. 4. Seal jars and process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Let jars cool and store in a cool, dark place for at least 2 weeks before eating.
