Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Huitlacoche (corn truffle) canned or fresh
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Oaxaca or mozzarella
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter and olive oil.
  2. 2. Add huitlacoche to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Place a tortilla in the skillet, add cheese and cooked huitlacoche, then top with another tortilla.
  4. 4. Cook until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. 6. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
