Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 lb Chicken breast sliced thinly
  • 2 packs Ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
  • 2 cups Spinach fresh
  • 2 pcs Boiled eggs halved
  • 1 stalk Green onion sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add chicken broth and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Add chicken breast slices and cook until done, about 10 minutes.
  4. 4. In a separate pot, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. 5. Add spinach to the broth and cook until wilted.
  6. 6. Divide noodles into bowls, pour broth and chicken over noodles. Top with boiled eggs and green onions.
