Chicken Marsala Recipe
A classic Italian-American dish made with chicken, mushrooms, and Marsala wine.

- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour for dredging
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Marsala Wine
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped, for garnish
1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
2. Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until browned.
5. Add Marsala wine and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Return chicken to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
7. Stir in butter and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley before serving.
