Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour for dredging
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Marsala Wine
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  2. 2. Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until browned.
  5. 5. Add Marsala wine and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Return chicken to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  7. 7. Stir in butter and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley before serving.
