Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the flour and stir continuously to make a roux, cooking for about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Gradually add the chicken broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  4. 4. Add the milk, shredded chicken, and corn. Bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the soup thickens slightly.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
