- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 unit Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and melted butter. Mix well.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, spreading it out thinly. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
