- 2 large Apples preferably sweet varieties like Fuji or Honeycrisp
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using a mandoline slicer, thinly slice the apples. Remove any seeds.
Arrange the apple slices on the baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping the slices halfway through, until they are dry and crisp.
Let the apple chips cool completely before serving or storing.
