Ingredients

  • 1 lb Okra sliced
  • 1 cup Cornmeal
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Dip the sliced okra into the beaten eggs, then coat with the cornmeal mixture.
  4. Place the coated okra in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
