Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage mild or spicy
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 3 cups kale chopped
  • 3 cups potatoes diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the chicken broth and potatoes. Bring to a boil, then simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. 4. Stir in the cooked sausage, kale, and heavy cream. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
