Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean towel.
In a mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into small tots and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
