Ingredients

  • 2 cups Zucchini, grated
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean towel.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Form the mixture into small tots and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
