Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Zucchini, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 cups White vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Celery seed
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard seed
  • 1 tablespoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and let cool before transferring to jars.
