- 12 Zucchini or Pumpkin Blossoms Fresh
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sparkling water Cold
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Vegetable oil For frying
1. Gently rinse the blossoms and remove the stamens. Pat dry.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sparkling water, and salt until smooth.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Dip each blossom into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated.
5. Fry the blossoms in the hot oil until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately.
