  • 12 Zucchini or Pumpkin Blossoms Fresh
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Sparkling water Cold
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil For frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Gently rinse the blossoms and remove the stamens. Pat dry.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sparkling water, and salt until smooth.
  3. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Dip each blossom into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated.
  5. 5. Fry the blossoms in the hot oil until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately.
