Ingredients 

Meatballs

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 12 Mozzarella balls small
  • 12 Black olives sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into 12 meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove the meatballs from the oven and top each with a spoonful of marinara sauce, a mozzarella ball, and a slice of black olive to create the 'eye' effect.
  6. Return the meatballs to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
