Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ground beef
  • 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Carrot, grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 package Dumpling wrappers
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cabbage, carrot, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  2. 2. Place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the dumplings until golden brown and crispy.
  4. 4. Serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice.
