- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Strain the sauce through a sieve into a bottle.
Let cool before sealing and storing in the refrigerator.
