Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste

Instructions 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Strain the sauce through a sieve into a bottle.
  4. Let cool before sealing and storing in the refrigerator.
