  • ⅓ to ½ cup water as needed

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt.
  2. Make a well in the center and add the egg.
  3. Gradually add water, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Roll out the dough thinly and cut into 3.5-inch squares.
  7. Dust with cornstarch to prevent sticking.
