Instructions
Mix pork, shrimp, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper in a bowl.
Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal edges with water.
Bring chicken broth to a boil. Add ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Add wontons to the broth. Cook for 5-7 minutes until they float.
Add baby spinach and cook for another 2 minutes.
