Ingredients 

Wonton Filling

  • ½ lb ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup napa cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1 pack wonton wrappers

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and napa cabbage.
  2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges with water and fold to seal.
  4. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook wontons for 3-4 minutes or until they float.
  5. Remove with a slotted spoon and serve hot.
