Wonton Filling
- ½ lb ground pork
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup napa cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 pack wonton wrappers
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and napa cabbage.
Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
Moisten the edges with water and fold to seal.
Bring a pot of water to boil and cook wontons for 3-4 minutes or until they float.
Remove with a slotted spoon and serve hot.
