Won Ton Wrappers

Oil for frying
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chopped shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each won ton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry won tons until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Remove won tons with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
