Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Shrimp, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 pack Won Ton Wrappers
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • as needed Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chopped shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each won ton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry won tons until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Remove won tons with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
