Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed if frozen
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Wild mushrooms sliced
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are soft and any liquid has evaporated, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and thyme to the skillet and cook for another minute. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into squares or desired shapes.
  5. Spoon the mushroom mixture onto the center of each pastry square. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
