Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm water, honey, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
2. Add the whole wheat flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the bread for 30 minutes or until it sounds hollow when tapped.
6. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
