Whole Wheat Banana Nut Bread

- 1.5 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 3 Ripe Bananas, mashed
- 0.5 cup Honey
- 0.25 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 0.5 cup Chopped Nuts (walnuts or pecans)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the mashed bananas, honey, milk, and vanilla extract.
Pour the banana mixture into the flour mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in the nuts.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
