Instructions
1. Mix ground beef, dry onion soup mix, and water in a bowl.
2. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and flatten it to about ¼ inch thick.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes.
4. Remove from oven, cut into small squares to fit the dinner rolls.
5. Place chopped onions in a skillet and cook until translucent.
6. Place the beef squares on top of the onions in the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes.
7. Assemble the burgers by placing the beef squares on the dinner rolls, add a slice of cheese, and top with pickles.
