- ¼ cup white balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced

In a bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mustard, honey, and minced garlic.
Slowly add the olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing is emulsified.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
