- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Chill mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Pour heavy cream into the chilled bowl.
Beat cream on medium-high speed until it starts to thicken.
Add sugar and vanilla extract. Continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
