Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Refried Beans
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas
  • 2 cups Enchilada Sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water according to packet instructions. Simmer until thickened.
  4. Warm refried beans in a small pot or microwave.
  5. Place a large spoonful of refried beans and seasoned beef in the center of each tortilla. Roll up and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
  6. Pour enchilada sauce over the burritos and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve hot, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream.
