  • 4 cups Watermelon, cubed and frozen
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions 

  1. Blend the frozen watermelon cubes until smooth.
  2. Add sugar and lemon juice, blend again until well mixed.
  3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
