Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • ¼ cup Vodka
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Simple syrup optional, adjust to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blend the watermelon cubes until smooth.
  2. 2. Strain the watermelon juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  3. 3. Add vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup (if using) to the shaker.
  4. 4. Shake well and strain into martini glasses.
  5. 5. Garnish with a small watermelon wedge or lime slice.
