Main Ingredients
- 4 cups watermelon, cubed
- 0.5 cup lemon juice
- 0.25 cup honey or sugar
- 2 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Blend watermelon until smooth.
Strain the juice into a pitcher.
Add lemon juice, honey, and water. Stir well.
Serve over ice. Garnish with mint if desired.
