  • 4 cups Watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz Fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Arrange watermelon cubes, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella slices on a serving platter.
  2. 2. Tuck fresh basil leaves among the watermelon, tomatoes, and mozzarella.
