Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz Fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Arrange watermelon cubes, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella slices on a serving platter.
2. Tuck fresh basil leaves among the watermelon, tomatoes, and mozzarella.
3. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and extra virgin olive oil.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
