  • 2 cups Fresh Basil Leaves
  • ½ cup Walnuts toasted
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine basil, walnuts, Parmesan cheese, and garlic. Pulse until finely chopped.
  2. 2. With the processor running, slowly add olive oil and lemon juice until the mixture is smooth.
  3. 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
