Main Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped apples use a mix of sweet and tart apples
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup halved grapes red or green
- ½ cup chopped walnuts toasted
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt to taste
- 1 pinch pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped apples, celery, grapes, and walnuts.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
