Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped apples use a mix of sweet and tart apples
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup halved grapes red or green
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts toasted
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped apples, celery, grapes, and walnuts.
