Main Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
Add cooked sausage, cheese, hash browns, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
