Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. Add cooked sausage, cheese, hash browns, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
